Benjamin Franklin Leggett letters to Mrs. Horace Silsby, [manuscript], 1891-1892.

Leggett discusses the inclusion of one of his poems in a volume of tributes to Shakespeare. In the first letter he grants permission to publish the poem and notes where the published version may be found. In the second letter Leggett praises Mrs. Silsby's efforts to obtain a correct copy of his poems which were published with differences due to his own changes and compositor errors. He has no objection to a change in title. He asks her where she obtained her original copy and promises to send her his volume of collected poems. In the final letter he thanks her for a copy of "Tributes to Shakespeare."
